Marine Creatures – Community Art Project

Pigeon House Studios
A creative recycling project to engage the youth of Kinsale in a fun and exploratory process, through which they will learn about the artistic possibilities that recycled materials have to offer.
The result of this creative-experimental project will be a series of three dimensional artworks, resembling real and imaginary marine creatures of different shapes and sizes.
Workshops are open to two age groups. Children from 10 to 12 years old and children from 13 to 15 years old.

Dates: from 6th to 9th July.
Age group: Children 10 to 12 years old,
Time: 10:30am -1:30pm
workshop 2
Dates: from 10th to 13th July
Age group: Children 13 to 15 years old
Time: 11:00am – 2:00pm
On the 14th July all the artworks will be ready to be exhibited to the general public as part of the Local Eyes.
The Number of children per workshop in each module will be 10 maximum.
