Donal O’Leary gave a very informative workshop on Stop Food Waste and Composting. Lots of questions and discussion by all who attended. Transition Town Kinsale, Plastic Free Kinsale and Kinsale Tidy Towns will be following up with Donal in the autumn to run a Stop Food Waste and Composting Champion Training Programme.
